AngkorGames Mobile Service Personal Information Agreement

1. Personal Information Collection Items

For member registration, customer service, and provision of various services, the following personal information is collected:

• Screen name, device information (model name, OS version, unique device identifier, etc.), telecom provider information, store information, game version, game and service usage records, access records, cookies, payment records, paid billing information, participation records in promotions/events and related shipping information, IP address.

When using external platform-based services, additional information may be collected, such as:

• AngkorChat: Member certificate information (CI), profile picture, screen name, AngkorChat friends list.

For age verification or identity verification required by relevant laws, encrypted CI may be collected. Email addresses, mobile phone numbers, and address information may be processed for handling inquiries and shipping promotional items.

2. Personal Information Retention and Usage Period

The company may terminate the contract and take necessary actions, such as destruction and separate storage of personal information, to protect the personal information of members (referred to as "Dormant Members") who have not used the service continuously for 1 year, as per relevant laws. Members will be notified 30 days before the action of the expiration date of personal information retention and the actions taken.

Personal information collected with the user's consent is retained and used as long as the member's status is maintained and is promptly destroyed once the collection and usage purposes are achieved. However, personal information is retained for 7 days after a withdrawal request to prevent unwanted withdrawals due to identity theft.

The following information is preserved for the specified periods for the reasons listed and is not used for any other purposes:

• Internal policy reasons:

  1. Misuse records for misuse prevention, retained for 1 year.

  
  

• Reasons stipulated by related laws:

  1. Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions, retained for 5 years as per the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.

  2. Records on payment and supply of goods, retained for 5 years.

  3. Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution, retained for 3 years.

  4. Records on identity verification, retained for 6 months according to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.

  5. Service visit records, retained for 3 months as per the Protection of Communications Secrets Act.
